The Public Services Minister has decided not to make Orders to implement the outstanding electoral reviews in Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, Conwy, Denbighshire, Gwynedd, Monmouthshire, Pembrokeshire, Powys, and Torfaen prior to the 2017 local elections.
