Analysis of the Extension of the Franchise on the Commission's review programme is published

The Commission has published an analysis of the effects of the extension of the electoral franchise and the possible impact on the Commission’s electoral reviews.

The report provides the Commission's analysis and conclusions. The Report was submitted to Welsh Government in December 2018.
